The region is traditionally centered around the Csopak Olaszrizling, known for its light body, fresh acidity, subtle minerality, and harmonious flavor profile.
Winery and wine terrace
The estate farms approximately 15–20 hectares of vineyards. Its grape varieties include the iconic Balaton Uplands white, Olaszrizling, as well as Chardonnay, Pinot Gris (Szürkebarát), Cserszegi Fűszeres, and even red wine made from Cabernet Franc.
