Csopak Wine Region

Located on the northern shore of Lake Balaton, the Balatonfüred–Csopak wine region is one of Hungary’s most popular white wine areas, where sunshine, limestone-rich soil, and the proximity of the lake create wines with a distinctive character. The region is traditionally centered around Csopak Olaszrizling, known for its light, fresh acidity, delicate minerality, and harmonious flavor profile.

Jásdi Winery and Wine Terrace

The estate cultivates 15–20 hectares of vineyards. Its grape varieties include the iconic Balaton Uplands white, Olaszrizling, but they also produce Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Cserszegi Fűszeres, and even red wine from Cabernet Franc.
